How is AI Research priced?
AI Research Team is $95 CAD/month for up to 3 AI users with $25 research balance. Business is $215 CAD/month for up to 10 AI users with $100 research balance. Both require Slots or Tables. Applicable taxes are extra. Each paid month adds a shared research balance. Unused balance rolls over and requires an active AI licence to use. Add $50 CAD of prepaid balance for $50 CAD; no automatic overage charges.
Can we add CRM and AI Research?
Choose Slots, Tables or the full application, with optional AI Research. CRM is a separate add-on. Existing organization owners can add available products through Billing & Licences. CRM and AI licences are assigned to individual users; each AI package includes a shared research balance.
Does AI change our existing agreement?
AI requires an additional agreement accepted by your organization owner. The existing application agreement remains in place. Review the AI agreement for provider processing and retention information before enabling the add-on.
What is Trinytics?
Trinytics is the player and table analytics platform for casinos. It replaces spreadsheets and paper table-tracking with live tracking your marketing and operations teams can use the same shift — slots and tables, in one place.
How do I get started?
Choose a plan from Products, enter your property details and create your account or sign in. A new customer does not need an existing organization. Review prices and agreements before paying, then configure operating settings, tiers, comp formulas and teams. Contact us if you would prefer a demonstration or help choosing a plan.
What data formats do you support?
Slots import support depends on the report layout. We have importers for supported Alberta and British Columbia reports and review additional regulator and system exports. Confirm your format with us before uploading; property location alone does not establish compatibility. Tables session CSV imports are also available.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Encrypted in transit and at rest, OAuth through Google and Microsoft, and each organization's data fully isolated. PIPEDA-aligned, hosted in Canada.
What kind of support do you offer?
Email support with 24-hour response times, in-app help, and training for your team. Larger plans include a dedicated account manager.
